PUBLISHING HOUSE “LATVIJAS MEDIJI” was founded in 1999 and is a division of the larger media company “Latvijas Mediji”. It is one of the leading publishing houses in Latvia with more than 100 new titles published yearly. We publish a wide range of literature: translated and original fiction, non-fiction, commercial literature, books on history, culture, self–help, as well as children's literature, and others. We collaborate with exceptional Latvian writers and artists and cultivate the literary scene in Latvia through literary events and workshops, as well as reading initiatives for young and adult readers. 

2024 marks the 25th anniversary of the publishing house withyear-round activities and special book editions.
